Demetrios N. Panteleakis

President

Demetrios Panteleakis is President of Olympus and is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day management and construction operations across the company.

Mr. Panteleakis has over 25 years of real estate finance and construction management experience, ranging from restoring historic properties to overseeing mixed-use, high-rise concrete structures and garden style multi-family projects.

During his career, he has managed construction projects in over 125 markets across the United States.

Prior to joining Olympus, Mr. Panteleakis served as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Florida East Coast Industries. Most recently, he oversaw the completion of Miami Central, an iconic mixed-use development located in downtown Miami consisting of two 44-story high-rise luxury apartment buildings, totaling 3 million square feet and $2 billion in total construction costs.

The project also includes Miami’s largest elevated amenity deck (10 stories high), two office buildings and a train station with over 180,000 square feet of retail space, intermodal train station servicing all public and private transit throughout Miami and to Orlando.

He holds a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, an M.S. from American International College, a B.S. from Western New England University, and a Certificate of Real Estate Financing from Boston University.

Nicholas began his career within the family business, Northeast Contractors Inc, a prominent Civil Contractor in the Northeast region. Notable projects under his belt include Gillette Stadium, Central Connecticut State University, University of Massachusetts Amherst, MGM Resort Campus in Springfield, MA, as well as several Distribution Warehouses spanning over 1 million square feet for esteemed clients such as Amazon and Dollar Tree. He also played a pivotal role in the cleanup and construction of the Amphitheater on Onondaga Lake in Syracuse, NY. Nicholas earned his BSBA from Suffolk University.

Transitioning to Olympus from an ENR top 50 company, Nicholas brought with him a wealth of experience, steadily progressing through roles and responsibilities within the South Florida construction market. His tenure culminated in the delivery of iconic high-rise luxury condominiums and multifamily high-rises that now adorn the South Florida skyline. Additionally, he played a leading role in one of the nation’s largest transportation projects, Miami Central – Brightline.

Nicholas has overseen all facets of our podium multifamily project in Hackensack, NJ, and various garden-style multifamily projects in Vero Beach, Port Saint Lucie, and Stuart. These projects, encompassing 25 acres, over 300 units, a clubhouse, and a comprehensive amenity package, attest to his broad knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and code application. His unwavering commitment to project success sets him apart.

Mr. Sessoms possesses over 35 years of construction management experience, initially through his contributions at a well-established construction company owned by his family.
Thereafter, he was the lead estimator for Carr Builders and then Craft Construction. Through his extensive experience, Lee has developed a series of processes designed to enhance
the consistency of cost estimates during the plan review and bid management phases of a development project.
