Demetrios N. Panteleakis

President

Demetrios Panteleakis is President of Olympus and is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day management and construction operations across the company.

Mr. Panteleakis has over 25 years of real estate finance and construction management experience, ranging from restoring historic properties to overseeing mixed-use, high-rise concrete structures.

During his career, he has managed construction projects in over 125 markets across the United States.

Prior to joining Olympus, Mr. Panteleakis served as Senior Vice President of Construction for Florida East Coast Industries. Most recently, he oversaw the completion of Miami Central, a mixed-use development located in downtown Miami consisting of two 44-story high-rise luxury apartment buildings, totaling three million square feet and $800 million in total construction costs.

The project also includes Miami’s largest elevated amenity deck (10 stories high), two office buildings and a train station with over 180,000 square feet of retail space.

He holds a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, an M.S. from American International College, a B.S. from Western New England University, and a Certificate of Real Estate Financing from Boston University.

Nicholas is a Senior Vice President of Florida region for Olympus Construction.

Nicholas has over 17 years of construction experience with an expertise in mass earth movement, excavations, and underground utilities.

Prior to joining Olympus, Nicholas worked as a superintendent for an ENR top 50 company. These projects consisted of Luxury Highrise condominiums and projects in the transportation sector throughout the Miami Dade area.

Nicholas is originally from Massachusetts and received his BSBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

Bio
Natalie DuQuesnay brings over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry.


Ms. DuQuesnay has experience in the management of project controls for large capital programs, with significant experience in various facilities related industries including Healthcare, K-12, Aviation, Manufacturing, Petroleum Refineries and Storage Facilities, Parks and Recreation, Solid Waste and other Facilities Management projects in South Florida.

Her work, specifically related to management of project controls, with municipal and county agencies, has led to the successful implementation of capital improvement programs and projects.

Ms. DuQuesnay brings strong experience in project controls including implementation of project controls systems, planning, budgeting, project scheduling, change management, dispute resolution, project financial analysis and cash flow forecasting, development of project reports and standard operating procedures.

Mr. Sessoms possesses over 35 years of construction management experience, initially through his contributions at a well-established construction company owned by his family.
Thereafter, he was the lead estimator for Carr Builders and then Craft Construction. Through his extensive experience, Lee has developed a series of processes designed to enhance
the consistency of cost estimates during the plan review and bid management phases of a development project.
